FracturedFractured is my first music video featuring all the musicians from my virtual band, Vehia Drama. It was created entirely with AI: Midjourney, Runway Gen3, and Udio. The lyrics are quite ambiguous, exploring the theme of people who are fractured by two personalities—the one that wears a mask and the one that doesn’t. I loved the idea of using the incredible city of New Orleans to 'shoot' the video. It’s a fabulous place, especially during mask events like Carnival or Halloween. In the background of the story, I also include elements that reference the tragic events of Hurricane Katrina. Characters like Anne Rice (who appears from behind) make an appearance, as she was born in New Orleans. While the song is upbeat, there’s also a hint of sadness and darkness in this video.
